About me

Hello and welcome to Healthy & Mindful!

 

My name is Julia, I’m a holistic health coach and yoga teacher as well as a passionate foodie and globetrotter.

 

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by exploring this wonderful world with all my senses. This meant traveling, immersing myself in foreign cultures, learning their language and, above all, discovering the incredible culinary diversity of the world.

 

At some point however, instead of traveling the world and searching on the outside, I started an exciting inner journey, one that is all about learning and growing while aiming to better understand myself and my body.


As a part of this process, not only yoga and meditation have become a part of my daily life, but I also keep on learning about traditional healing arts like Ayurveda, that see the human being as a whole and always take into account the connection between physical and mental health.


I am still amazed at what our body is capable of accomplishing on a daily basis and, above all, at the significant influence that nutrition has on our well-being.

Over time I realized that the quality of all areas of my life has gradually improved, once I started to live more consciously and mindfully.

 

Sharing my perspectives, thoughts and my knowledge, I am hoping to help you take better care of yourself and to inspire you to live a HEALTHY & MINDFUL and therefore fulfilling life.
